Command ua :: User Add

ua UserName

This command is used to add a new user. The parameter is the user name. Two users can't have the same user name.

By default, two user exists : `diogene' and `admin'. This users can't be deleted.

Once a user is created, the usp can be used to change his privileges and the password can be used to set his password.

This function requires the `admin' privilege for the `user' command family.
