Command user :: identify user
SYNOPSIS
user username newpassword
DESCRIPTION
This command is used by a user to identify himself. The parameters are
his user name and his password. By default, when a new user is created
(with ua command, his password is an empty string.
A connected user can change his password with the password command.
ACCESS CONTROL
This function requires the `none' privilege for the
`generic' command family.
